Presentation Summary: At present, to remain competitive in the marketplace it has become increasingly necessary to use tools which help us deliver services in a smoother and more fluid way. The use of agile methods has grown in recent times due to their simplicity and effectiveness. Some recognized agile methods are: Scrum and Kanban. The main idea behind these methods is to organize the work so that the service is delivered to the customer as quickly as possible. CMMI promotes the delivery of timely quality services to ensure customer satisfaction. Scrum and Kanban are means to get closer to that goal.
