Anuradha Singh is Assistant Manager at Sun Life India Service Center and has 9+ years of experience in Quality Assurance. She is a part of the core group at Sun Life for defining the quality management system for the organization and is an Appraisal Team Member for CMMI. Anuradha has lead trainings and process improvement and institutionalization initiatives within the organization, is a certified internal auditor, and a Lean Six Sigma professional. Prior to Sun Life, Anuradha worked for Aricent Technologies and KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited, Bangalore. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications from Pune University and management degree from IMT.

Presentation Summary: After celebrating their first appraisal in March fo 2014, the focus of Sun Life India Service Center for the next year was to: (A) Maintain the rigor in the organization to sustain consistent service delivery through process governance, (B) Identify solutions for areas of improvement, and (C) Optimize process basis suggestions from delivery team members.
