Presentation Title: Staying SAFe with CMMI

Presentation Summary: After 25 years of Waterfall development with a well-defined process – evaluated at Maturity Level 3 against the CMMI for Development - our product team went Agile! Leadership wanted to empower employees across three functional groups (planners, developers, and testers) to accelerate development and increase responsiveness to the market. Transitioning to Scrum introduced a slew of challenges and communication issues for our pilot teams. Looking ahead to the implementation of Scrum for 150 people on 16 teams across 2 continents, Leadership recognized the need for better Agile at scale and we adopted the Scaled Agile Framework. Come hear how it's going!
