Becky Fitzgerlad is Principal and Co-Founder of Two Harbors Consulting, where she provides executive consulting services worldwide specializing in healthcare. Becky has extensive experience in large corporate, consulting, and academic environments. In the 90’s she launched and ran the largest U.S. dermatopathology lab forging the first partnership with Federal Express and defining specimen handling standards. In the 2000’s, she designed and launched the first anatomic pathology system addressing automated positive patient identification for all specimens, slides, and whole slide images reducing specimen swap rates to zero. She consults globally in technology forecasting and adoption; workflows, value streams, operations, data management; and business performance evolution. Becky supported the first medical device company to achieve CMMI Maturity Level 5. Becky is a CMMI DEV LA, Instructor, EDME and holds a Master of Science in the Management of Technology from the University of MN, and a Bachelors from Macalester College.
