Jerry Frese Senior Methodologist at the Internal Revenue Service. Jerry is a strong advocate for Agile within the IRS and throughout the federal government. He is the organizer of an annual Inter-Agency Seminar whose purpose is to bring together federal SDLC practitioners to establish networks, learn and share best practices for Agile projects. Jerry has held eleven seminars and worked with 33 different Government agencies fostering the implementation of AGILE. He has given speeches on Agile implementation at American Council for Technology-Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC), NDIA's ADAPT, RallyOn!, AgileDC, Agile Alliance, and is an active member of SEI's Agile Collaboration Group.

Presentation Summary: We had a formal process for handling Change Requests within our traditional Waterfall process, but when we began using Agile practices, it did not work so we had to adapt it. This 25 minute presentation is how we adapted it.
