Presentation Title: Synergy between CMMI SVC high maturity and Balanced Scorecard

Presentation Summary: This paper provides a case where balanced scorecard can be integrated with high maturity practices of CMMI SVC. The scope and implementation of the approach explained in this paper are limited to software service industry. Considering the earlier publication made by CMMI institute (on 'Deriving Enterprise-Based Measures Using the Balanced Scorecard and Goal-Driven Measurement Techniques'), this paper is intended to provide an extension to the same. It explains how an organization's BSC can be cascaded down using high maturity elements like BO-QPPO mapping, process performance base lining and process performance modelling.
