Presentation Summary: This presentation will walk through the approach taken by the R&D Solutions global business unit to use CMMI and DAD (Disciplined Agile Delivery) frameworks to redesign the IT QMS. The presentation will also focus on the change management efforts using Kotter's 8-step change model, which was a key component of this initiative. The outcome was an easy-to-use and scalable QMS which adequately balanced agility and discipline.
