Ms. Gadde has over 20 years of experience in quality management, measurement, performance improvement, and program and project management for large-scale systems, software improvement initiatives. Her experience includes successfully leading efforts such as implementation, and serving as the team member on number of SCAMPI for CMMI Maturity levels, 2, 3 and 5 ratings. She not only mentors HCP project members, but also guides project members in other CGI Federal BUs with CMMI implementation and SCAMPI activities. Our CMMI qualifications are critical to our ability to win work as there are often requirements on RFPs, either at the vehicle level or at the specific task order level.

Impact of CMMI High Maturity on Software Quality
with Dr. Firoz Kabir
This paper discussed how software quality is improved using CMMI High Maturity processes in conjunction with Lean Six Sigma principles in CGI. Data for each release cycle were analyzed using bar graphs, control charts, trend analysis, and normality test and reviewed with project's team members. This gives opportunity for investigating abnormal trend and special causes. Many of these improvement opportunities turn in to Lean Six Sigma projects and findings were recorded as CAR report. Rayleigh model is used to predict and monitor performance throughout the software life-cycle. Project's data show that the testing defect density and production defect density have been improved significantly.
