Presentation Summary: DSS has a 20-year history of modernizing legacy systems performance and efficiencies of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). Audits were used to improve the delivery of high-quality products by providing project staff and managers with visibility into processes and work products. This presentation illustrates how an organization used PPQA in an Agile world to provide immediate feedback to project teams in their work. The key challenges were: 1) Designing a PPQA assessment process that is effective, yet lean. 2) Designing a "Just Right" PPQA management system using SharePoint workflows. 3) Fine-tuning the PPQA assessment process to fit into Agile
