Presentation Title: Preparing and Supporting the Measurement Analyst for All Levels of CMMI Maturity
Presentation Summary: Whether at CMMI-DEV Maturity Level 3 or moving to high maturity, the Measurement Analyst's role is critical. Measurement strengths and growth areas need to be assessed, particularly when moving to high maturity. This presentation shares a plan for identifying learning gaps, filling the gaps, mentoring concepts, triggered intervention, and application of tools to aid the Measurement Analyst. By identifying learning opportunities using a baseline skill assessment and focused mentoring; change management plans can be applied to mitigate or prevent potential problems. The outcome is a well-planned path for the Measurement Analyst to build the skills necessary for any level maturity.
