Presentation Title: Integrated approach to Process, Methods & Tools – An agile way

Presentation Summary: Processes are improved using industry standards and models. Workflow standardization is achieved using tools.  There is a huge challenge to ensure workflows are consistent between processes and tools, existing tool chains are integrated, and legacy data is handled. General trend in large corporations are that process and tools initiatives run in silos.  Priorities, workflows and approach vary.  Lack of convergence gives undesired results and extends timelines.  Several teams localize the improvement thereby increasing the complexity of harmonization. This paper focuses on adopting Agile approach to integrate process & tools to manage compliance, effectiveness and efficiency within Jaguar Landrover.
