Sunanda holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and has over 11 years of work experience in the industry, of which 6 years were in Quality assurance and 5 years were in software development, project and account management. For the past 6 years, Sunanda has been part of the Delivery Excellence Group. Sunanda is responsible for implementing process for defect reduction and analysis in the ISU. She is responsible for its further development and improvement of Defect prevention in the ISU.

Risk management (RM) continues to be the focus area in project management. It also remains the most challenging area in complex or new engagements. The Customer Satisfaction score of our business unit was impacted because of inadequate risk management. Therefore, in 2014 we conducted risk analysis with comprehensive past project risk data and Customer satisfaction scores. Therefore we adopted a multi-dimensional approach to bring in effective RM practices in new engagements. We also implemented various Risk assessment techniques and predictive models. This exercise generated Proactive Risk management to control the customer escalations and resulted in high client satisfaction score.
