Thomas Brooks, B.S. in IE, is a Jr. Statistical Analyst / Process Engineer at OST, Inc. After graduating from West Virginia University, Thomas has taken the lead with several projects in quantitative support and predictive analysis. He has also assisted OST through its 2016 CMMI L5 External Appraisal.

Presentation Title: Improving quality and performance beyond Maturity Level 5

Presentation Summary: Have you been operating at CMMI L5 for several years and you see your results plateauing? Are you using the same models over and over with little improvement in your quality or performance?  One of our projects' had the same fears. Already operating at CMMI Level 5 for the last 6 years, how would they continue to outpace the highly competitive federal government market? Could we sustain the results with a new team?  This presentation will focus on how we leveraged our CMMI L5 capabilities to continue to increase velocity and keep defects low, both best practices and lessons learned.
