He is one of only several dozen ICAgile Certified Expert agile coaches (ICE-Coach) in the world, co-founder of Booz Allen's Agile Coaching service, and primary author of Booz Allen's Agile Playbook. Recently, he spoke at the world's largest international conference on agile practices, Agile 2016, with Lyssa Adkins, author of the seminal work Coaching Agile Teams. Currently, Tim serves as Booz Allen's director of Systems Delivery University and oversees the professional development of over 3,500 systems and software professionals. Tim's certifications include PMI-ACP, ICE-Coach, ACI-CTTC, SPC.

Presentation Summary: Many organizations have achieved high maturity, only to watch their efforts fall, as their environment regresses into old habits, and the Herculean task of moving the business to high maturity seems for naught. We posit that the mindset, skills, and even people who brought you to high maturity may not be what you'll need to stay there.
