Presentation Title: Amber is the Color of Your Energy

Presentation Summary: Many organizations have achieved high maturity, only to watch their efforts fall, as their environment regresses into old habits, and the Herculean task of moving the business to high maturity seems for naught. We posit that the mindset, skills, and even people who brought you to high maturity may not be what you'll need to stay there. Here, we will layer the organizational evolution model of Spiral Dynamics with CMMI, to unlock why your people seem to be operating from different worlds, and how you must evolve your organization's *consciousness*, along with process rigor, to achieve and sustain high maturity.
