Christophe Debou of KUGLER MAAG CIE has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunication and IT world. He was already involved in process improvement activities in the early 90's, managing a worldwide CMM-based initiative at Alcatel. He has pioneered the introduction of software process improvement in Central and Eastern Europe, starting in early 2000.
