By renewing your certification every three years, you demonstrate that you are educated on the latest capability improvement and CMMI best practices.
Over the course of three years, you must earn 60 continuing education units (CEUs) by completing professional development activities. It's recommended that you break this requirement down by submitting 20 CEUs per year from the date certified. Track and submit CEUs using the Certified CMMI® Professional Renewal Log.
