The business support department is responsible for the planning and design of the medium and long term technical route and structure of the company; Cooperate with the technical review committee to implement the company's overall technical planning, preparation and control of technical solutions; Technical support for industry, project, marketing and IT sharing services; Responsible for the establishment of technical service resource pool and the release of resource pool usage management standards; Responsible for the planning and incubation of new products in project, operation and maintenance; Responsible for the company's production safety and information security system construction and implementation of specific work. OU develops the software based on customer’s requirement and market requirement, OU owns projects managers, engineers, designers, testers and supporting engineers.
Type of Work: There are two types of work, one is New product, the other is Maintenance product. There is some notable implementation of some practice area between new product and Maintenance product, such as RDM,TS, RSK, VV, etc.
New product: There is no original product, OU should build a new product architecture
Maintenance product: Add or update function or architecture based on the original product for new requirement
