Software Tech Enterprise (STE) was contracted with the Department of Treasury to maintain data for the Revenue Collection Management (RCM) program. STE design developed and implemented a software solution (TrekNet)which helps manage all data standards and collection from various RCM program for their Financial Agents. STE designed the data schemas, online User Interface (UI) forms and reporting which integrates data from a government internal system that is used to conduct data analytics, research and run internal metrices. The Developed of the TrekNet application was built using an Agile development methodology. In addition, TrekNet supports the RCM business lines in the research and drafting of SLAs/metrics for various programs and other business lines as required.
