P1-Huoqiu County Government Collaborative Office (OA) System Upgrade Project

This project is the upgrade of the original Government Collaborative Office (OA) System. The system has been used in 172 government units and more than 2300 users. With the comprehensive application of the system, the original system functions couldn't meet the needs of all users, and needs to be upgraded. After upgrading, the platform effectively improves the efficiency of the county government's document and meeting, and realizes the paperless office of the county government.

P2-Jin'an District(Lu'an City) Government Office Website Planning and Revision Project

The project is the re-planning and transformation of the original government office website. The project mainly solves the following issues: 1. The interface of the previous website is outmoded, and it is not well integrated with the new platform and new functions; 2. The service quality of the website, especially its practicability, usability and service mode innovation, needs to be further improved; 3. The provincial government puts forward higher requirements for the construction and management of government websites.
