OU Description

ALTEN DDPS is dedicated to structured projects delivered to ALTEN customers. Projects are defined in a scale of types of commitments (IQP levels), on a scale of 1 to 5, from time & material to commitments in terms of results, on a basis of work units or fixed fees. The OU subject of this appraisal is composed of the higher types of commitments (IQP levels 4 and 5) engaged for ALTEN's key customers. This currently represents 22 projects for a total of 888 resources (FTE) and some support functions.
