Government and enterprise data are shared and exchanged securely and traceably through the blockchain shared ledger, so as to realize more collaborative one network operation for enterprises in business handling for administrative institutions, and provide relevant government departments with richer and real enterprise economic data, policy operation analysis and other capabilities. It can provides investment promotion objectives and progress management services for administrative agencies.

It can realize the dynamic update of shared metadata and asset directory of government departments, establish a public data sharing management mechanism based on blockchain, and realize the goal of government data sharing.

It is to build a policy database of government institutions and a classification database of enterprises under their jurisdiction.

We can therefore group the projects into a single group. In detail, development is principally based on identification of customer/internal requirements, planning, requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, bug fixing and documenting. Enhancement and corrective maintenance activities are based on previously developed applications, addressing and optimizing iteratively the requirements based on understanding, priorities, impact analysis, testing, bug fixing or other attributes. Include also deletion of obsolete capabilities.
