1. Be responsible for implementing national laws, regulations and technical standards related to information technology management, and implementing relevant regulatory requirements of banking regulatory authorities. 2. Be responsible for the initiation, implementation and management of information technology projects under its jurisdiction, and the whole process management of science and technology outsourcing projects. 3. Be responsible for formulating internal and external project quality management plans, formulating quality control rules and acceptance standards, and supervising, reviewing and tracking quality control. 4. Formulate it outsourcing strategy, formulate and implement IT outsourcing management system and process, establish and maintain supplier relationship management strategy, and monitor and analyze various management activities in the outsourcing process. 5. Be responsible for the coordination and management of operation center, R & D center and test center. 6. Do a good job in coordinating services with all business departments and all branches of the society, and guide the information technology personnel under the jurisdiction to do a good job in information technology services under the framework of centralized management of the information technology line under the jurisdiction. 7. Be responsible for training in information technology throughout the jurisdiction and improve the professional skills of the talent team. 8. Be responsible for the risk and compliance management of the Department.
