This project is to solve the limited informatization support means of the company’s project, such as business planning and flow cannot be executed, the construction site cannot be processed online, the project is not related to investment management, and the materials are still under discrete management. According to the company’s business conditions and various functional departments, with the requirements of “unified planning, step-by-step implementation”, the Hengsheng project management system is built to realize the visual management of project construction, and connect project implementation, progress, and supervision to form integrated process management.
