The OU is New Development Projects in Geographic Information System and Digital Technology R&D Center, and Training Function in Administrative Office. Geographic Information System and Digital Technology R&D Center is the unit which IT-related projects take place. The appraisal scope applies only to New Development Projects since this type of project has full scale software development form requirements to operations, while other projects including Feature Enhancement, Customization from platforms, and maintenance are out of scope because those projects do not cover full life cycle stages of software development. EPG, CM, and QA support functions are also in this department. The other department in OU is Administrative Office, and only organizational training function is in appraisal scope, other functions such as operation, HR, CRM are out of scope.
