The Organization Unit (OU) is involved in the enhancement and development of the software systems for the US-FDA CDER (Center for Drug Evaluation and Research). The Project Manager reports to Senior Manager.
Type of Work: Projects under this OU use either for developing new software applications end to end, or for working on some major or minor enhancements on legacy applications. This impacts TS, PI, PR, V&V, EST, MC, PLAN and MPM.
New Development: These are projects which create software applications from scratch based on user provided requirements.

This OU provides facilitation between the US-FDA and their vendors for: a) The provision of subject matter expertise in the management of projects (Project Management Office - PMO), b) The provision of Subject Matter expertise in Requirement Management and User Acceptance Testing activities (Office of New Drugs - OND). The team has proven expertise in IT services and it always ensures to acquire the latest information technology developments. It delivers cost-effective solutions for businesses of all volumes on schedule. The OU believes that its services and products should represent real value to our customers.
Duration: Projects under this OU belong to either Long or Medium duration in terms of lifecycle. This impacts SDM, EST, MC, PLAN, MPM, IRP, CONT and STSM.
