Based on the company’s strategic objectives, results of the marketing department’s research and the requirements from the customers, the R & D department develops new product solutions. The R & D department's development teams (Business Information Management (BIM), Informa ionization, and Digitalization Divisions) use the R & D department’s development process set and tailor as appropriate for the projects. The R & D department provides support for the EPG, QA and CM functions. The General management department provides support for Organizational Training function.
Customer: The type of work across OU is software developement. However there are two types of customers Internal and External. This impacts RDM, EST, PLAN, MC, TS, PI and V&V.
Internal: These are projects that are created for use in other departments of this organization
External: These are projects that are created for customers outside of the organization
