1. The System of Software R&D consists of major product planning and development, project management and supporting functions of process management, quality assurance and configuration management, of 5 major product families that are contributed by the shared Software & Data Product Line functions from GOLDWIND SMART ENERGY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (GW-SET) and GOLDWIND SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (GW-SWT) 2. The System of HR is responsible for organizational training via HR-BPs for GW-SET and GW-SWT.
