The R&D center is fully responsible for the development and maintenance of the "Fusion" platform, which provides support to customized solution. The R&D Center consists also the process group, quality assurance, configuration management and organizational training.
Type of Work: Platform Development. The focus of the OU (R&D center) is mostly on the continuously development and maintenance of the organization's Fusion Platform. New feature development or improvement of existing function are two major types of effort. However, from the definition and the actual implementation of the development processes, these two work types do not cause any major difference.
