The pilot project in the scope of the appraisal belongs to the Product R&D Center. The project improves data resources and upgrade data management methods with the following functional aspects at a high-level: 1. build an analysis model library to realize big data decision analysis and display of urban management 2. develop big data business applications to realize the integrated and intelligent circulation of urban management industry cases; 3. describes the integration of related applications and empower various business systems. It provides data support for leadership decision-making, improves the efficiency of urban administrative management, and improves the level of service for the people.
