(TDCB) Land Contract System

The objective of the project is to create a centralized supervision system for land contract fees with full coverage, accurate data collection, detailed statistical reports, convenient application and operation, and the satisfaction of the masses. The development of this system will help to centralize land charging and convenience hall covering Beidahuang Group’s branches and farms, develop new service models of “one-stop processing” and “online services”, and form a standardized and unified land charging, agricultural loan, and subsidy financial supervision system.

(GDXX) Cultivated Land Information Management System

The objective of the project is to develop a land resource information management system based on the entire Beidahuang Group's GIS platform. The development of this system will help to strengthen the management of Beidahuang Group's agricultural land resources, integrate the comprehensive application of Beidahuang Group's overall land resource information, agricultural Internet of Things information, environmental information, farms and farmers information, and geographic information.

(NJGL) Agricultural Machinery Management System

The objective of the project is to develop a system aiming to integrate the agricultural machinery account data, agricultural machinery operation data, and agricultural machinery positioning data of Jian Sanjiang branch, support the digital display of agricultural machinery management. Moreover, the system should support statistical analysis of data in a macroscopic way, and comprehensively acknowledge the situation of agricultural machinery in various units. Finally, the system should also support the agricultural machinery operation scheduling and strong data support for unmanned management of smart farms.

The activities of “Technical Development Department" area includes requirements elicitation and analysis, product design, implementation, integration, and deployment.
