The Development Group is sub set of the R&D Centre of the Aspire Group. The R&D centre has developed, over the years, a number of products which are used by China Telecom for its Value Added Services all over China. The R&D Centre, has two groups within it - the Operations and Maintenance Group and the Development Group. The Ops Group is responsible for supporting customers and maintaining the products while the Development Group is responsible for development of new applications based on the pre existing platforms of the R&D Centre
