1. Human Resource Department : Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. 2. Procurement Department (Supplier Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistic & Inventory): To support ACO TECH’s operational requirements by understanding business requirements and procuring products and services at the right price, from the right source, at the right specifications that meets users needs, in the right quantity, for delivery at the right time and to the right internal and external customer. Manage the Procurement Process and the Supply Base efficiently and effectively by identifying opportunities, managing internal operations and achieving objectives. 3. Business Department (Product, Sales): Lead, oversee and monitor the organisation functional performance and operations with the aim of growth of technologies and develop products and services that meet international quality standards and market requirements in line with the Company’s vision, mission and values. 4. Project Management Office: Responsible for overall management of the projects; coordinating and leading partners; supervising members of the project team; and overseeing project implementation, financial and administrative oversight, reporting, and monitoring and evaluation of the project. 5. Engineering & Quality Department (Quality, After Sales, Engineering, Process & Compliance): Lead, oversee and monitor the organisation functional performance and operations with the aim to acquire new technologies and develop products and services that meet international quality standards and market requirements in line with the Company’s vision, mission and values. Responsible for ensuring all products from Tier 1 suppliers meet the quality standards as agreed with the clients. Responsible to maintain the SEMS.
