Organisational Training

Organisational Training team is responsible for identifying training requirements across the organisation including technical, non-technical trainings both organisation wide and project specific needs. This team facilitates & conducts training and analyses the effectiveness of trainings and maintain related records.

Process Engineering team is responsible for defining process across the organisation, collection of related metrics on following the Process standards. This team also does the analysis on the metrics wrt the projects and conducts internal audits and maintains the related artefacts.

Supplier Agreement Management

SAM team is responsible for defining the needs as result of the emergence of the need, the identification and evaluation of potential suppliers, the determination of price and payment terms and advantages, the placing of purchase orders, the follow-up of the order and the timely delivery of the order, the delivery of the goods or service and inspection control, the approval of the purchase invoice, maintaining purchasing forms and records, evaluating suppliers, managing contracts and developing and maintaining relations with suppliers.
