The SEPG is established to facilitate the development and adoption of standardized technical and business work processes in areas such as project management, systems and software engineering, and business operations. The group is responsible for developing, updating and deploying the software engineering procedures. The SEPG’s purpose is also to raise the engineering and project management core competencies at ASM to a higher, more disciplined maturity level in accordance with process improvement initiatives.
