Software Development Center is the department responsible for project implementation services delivery. There are two departments under the Software Development Center. SVP is vice president assistant department which provides managerial support the head of Software Development Center. R&D Department is the department to deliver project implementation to customers, including requirement analysis, software design and implementation, testing, quality assurance and configuration management. The organizational training is plan, deliver and management by HR Department. Initial project requirements are obtained by Business Unit before project kick off.
