1. The Application Service Department is responsible for all software development work. 2. PMO is responsible for process improvement, measurement analysis, QA and CM work.
Type of Work: All projects under this OU either create new software applications as part of New Development projects, or work on the software upgradation for existing applications as part of Upgrade projects. This difference in the Type of Work affects RDM, TS, PI, EST, PLAN, MC, CM, V&V and MPM.
New Development: Software development work for creation of new software applications.
Upgrade: Software development work for upgradation or enhancement of existing software applications.
