The R&D Department (OU) is responsible for researching and developing credible software solutions and applications in line with the business objectives. The R&D Department (OU) provides software solutions, technology and application development capabilities for executing the IT related requirements and acts as the software development hub for producing software applications and systems. The key areas of focus for R&D Department (OU) is to ensure the following across the delivery lifecycle: - Planning, development and implementation of software solutions and applications - Project planning, monitoring, execution and close out - Projects are prioritized and aligned to short- and long-term goals of the business - Projects are staying within the planned time, budget and quality - Enterprise resources are utilized in the most efficient manner The type of projects implemented by R&D Department (OU) are primarily related to construction and real estate domain for Government as well as private sector customers. The R&D Department (OU) endeavors to produce smart, intelligent solutions using latest technologies such as analytics, Artificial Intelligence, big data etc. Some of the high priority characteristics for software solutions include operational excellence, innovation, throughput, quality and customer satisfaction.
Customer: There are differences in the way processes are executed depending on whether the customer belongs to the Government or Non-Government domain. The Government or Non-Government nature of the customer leads to some differences in process implementation.
Government Customer: These are basic units (projects) executed for customers that belong to the Government domain.
Non-Government Customer: These are basic units (projects) executed for customers that belong to the Non-Government domain.
