The Technology and R&D Center (OU) hosts software teams who conduct software application development in the field of education and Electric Power areas. OU's clients are mainly government agencies and education identities. OU also includes the quality group, EPG, and training group. OU has placed a high focus on quality and process improvement. It adopted CMMI several years ago. The last appraisal was conducted in 2019. This is the 1st time the TL is involved in OU's CMMI appraisal, 3 RRs and several online communications are conducted leading up to Conduct Appraisal Phase.
