The objective of the project is to develop a system responsible for controlling orders made by JUCERJA users, regarding defects, doubts and any other needs. The system has a service opening module, used by users directly on the JUCERJA web portal and a management module, used by JUCERJA's attendants, responsible for resolving requests made by JUCERJA users. The project includes the development of the entire system, with provision for support after implementation.

Protocol Handling

The objective of the project is to develop a system responsible for controlling the face-to-face service queue of the JUCERJA protocol, headquarters and other JUCERJA units. The system is divided between the password request module, used in the totem by users, content management module, where all customization of the system takes place with the support of management consultations, and the service module, used by the attendants to perform the service, among others activities. The project includes the development of improvements to the product, with the objective of expanding the collection of information from users, as well as providing more flexibility in customization.

Contract Management System

The objective of the project is to develop a system responsible for registering and managing all JUCERJA contracts. The system, in addition to carrying out the basic registration of suppliers and contracts, aims to support the administration of JUCERJA regarding the expiration of contracts and certificates. The system should also control payments, commitments and retentions. The project includes the development of the reporting module for better use of the information registered in the system that was previously being consulted directly in the database.

The main customer of "Software Factory" area is the Commercial Registry of the State of Rio de Janeiro (JUCERJA). The activities of “Software Factory" area includes requirements elicitation and analysis, product design, implementation, integration, and deployment.
