The R&D Center is an organizational unit that is responsible for the development and management of all the company's software projects, as well as process improvement, measurement, configuration management and quality assurance. The OU handles projects catering to big data analysis, R&D data management and real estate applications. Customers are either internal (within the organization) or external.
Customer: Projects in this OU create software applications for either Internal or External customer. This difference in Type of Work impacts RDM, EST, PLAN, MC, MPM, TS, PI, V&V and CM.
Internal Customer: Software applications created for departments and entities within the organization.
External Customers: Software applications created for entities or customers outside the organization.
