Located in Ningbo City, the OU is composed of Product R&D Department and Administrative and Personnel Department. Product R&D Department develops first-aid and first-aid training products and applications for Chinese Red Cross Foundation(CRCF) and companies providing products and service for AED. Administrative and Personnel Department takes care of organizational training. Product R&D Department is responsible for all activities and outcomes throughout software development project life cycle. Technologies used for development include Spring Boot, java, MySQL and so on. Product R&D Department offers QA, CM, EPG support, while training/HR support falls into the purview of Administrative and Personnel Department.
