SYSTEM INTEGRATION SERVICE BUSINESS UNIT (also called IE9000) provides the major customers of government and enterprises with system integration and e-services solutions, It also provides the total solution of software developing service, related consultation, and the integration of systems or devices. The OU is the development and feature enhancement projects, including new product development and feature enhancement of existing products. Those projects cover full development life cycle compared with maintenance projects, which are out of appraisal scope.
All projects in OU: All projects in the OU following OSSP and use tools required by organization. Although there are new development projects and feature enhancement projects, but they all use the same processes defined by OU and tools developed by OU, and the tailoring results do not post significant process difference between projects, therefore there is no sampling factor exist for the OU.
