This OU covers software groups within the organization who conducted software development of which there are two types: 1) new development, and 2) enhancement of existing systems. New development are custom platforms like big data and test clouds, while Product Iteration covers agile team development tools. All work is in support clients in the power industry, The Quality Management Department (testing, QA, and CM), EPG, and Training Institute are also included as part of the OU.
