Based on the meteorological monitoring data, precipitation forecast data, weather radar data, and GIS data of automatic station in Fangshan district, the system integrates the meteorological disaster census information to monitor, forecast, and warn the high-impact weather in Fangshan district. Realize real-time and historical rainfall statistical analysis and display, short-time precipitation forecast display, flash flood disaster forecast and early warning, urban waterlogging forecast and early warning, and interactive production of pictures and text products.

Based on WebGIS architecture, the system has built a data management subsystem, geographic information service subsystem, high-impact weather monitoring subsystem, meteorological monitoring and forecast, and early warning subsystem in PC and mobile terminals. For the connection of the data source, the Beijing meteorological bureau and related department to collect the monitoring data, weather radar data required for this project, meteorological early warning signal, synchronization in PC and mobile terminal to realize the automatic station precipitation of live, real-time display, mottle figure and quick statistics, radar echo roll playing and early warning information display, effectively improving the capacity of meteorological disaster warning.
