The R & D Center focuses on the digital and intelligent construction of urban underground pipeline networks, digs deep into the digital management technology and business promotion of power pipelines, and actively expands the development and promotion of underground pipeline network information products such as gas and tap water, improves industry management, and achieves sustainable development. Develop and strive to be the most professional underground pipe network information service provider.
Customer: Type of work is software development across this OU. However, this work activity is either for Internal (within the OU and organization) or External customers. This difference in the type of CUSTOMER affects the internal processes in the OU. The following process areas are mainly affected: RDM, PLAN, EST, MC, MPM, CM, V&V. Hence Customer has been selected as the sampling factor.
