智慧矿山管控系统采用云计算、物联网、大数据、移动互联网等信息技术融合应用,对矿山信息进行精准化采集、网络化传输、规范化集成、可视化展示、自动化操作、智能化服务。通过整合、分析对安全、生产、调度、检测监控、人员定位、设备故障预警、提供智慧化服务实现生产的安全高效。一个综合管控平台,管理所有矿区人员、车辆、货物生产及销售等信息,通过客户管理、预约订单、排队叫号、自动化称重等一系列的手段,减少客户在销售过程中的等待,优化销售环节体验;通过周界防入侵、设备运行状态监控、设备车间防误入、作业区防落石、矿区防盗等系统构建安全生产管理的规范化、流程化作业,提高矿区安全生产意识,提升矿区生产作业效率;通过一个综合管控平台,在其上可以展示矿区的人员、车辆、设备、销售状况、环境参数等待所有信息,进行统一管控调度指挥,提升管理人员对矿区的管理效率。 This system is to use the integration and application of cloud computing, Internet of things, big data, mobile Internet and other information technologies to carry out accurate collection, network transmission, standardized integration, visual display, automatic operation and intelligent services for mine information.
