Customer: There are two main types of project products in this OU: The first type is government and public institution projects, which mainly help governments and public institutions develop corresponding administrative management or knowledge management systems. This type of customer generally has a strong need for customization, in order to adapt to the corresponding laws and regulations. The second type is private enterprise users, and mainly provide OA system solution services. This type of project is based on OA baseline version 1.0 as the standard to develop different versions corresponding to the customized needs of different customer groups and assist in implementation. 这个OU中主要包含两类型的项目产品： 第一个类型就是政府事业单位类项目，主要帮助政府以及事业单位开发相应的行政管理或知识管理系统。这类型的客户一般具备较强的定制化需求，以便适应相应的法律法规。 第二个类型就是民企私企用户，并且主要提供的是OA系统的解决方案服务。该类型项目基于OA基线1.0版本作为标准，为不同的客户群体的定制化需求开发相对应的不同的版本，并协助实施。
Projects for governement and public institution : As one of the core business products of the OU, software platforms for policy implementation, administration, information release and management for local and provincial government enterprises and public institutions are the main customer characteristics of this type of project. Such platforms generate different types of business according to the needs of different government customers, and their systems also deal with different transactions. However, the user groups are relatively consistent, all from the government and public administrative agencies. 作为该OU的核心业务产品之一，为地方政府以及省级政府企事业单位开发与政策执行，行政管理，信息发布以及管理的软件平台是这类型项目的主要客户特征。这类平台根据不同的政府客户需求而产生了较大差异的业务类型，其系统处理的事务也存在较大差异。但用户群体相对一致，均来源于政府以及公共行政机构。
Projects for Private enterprise : The OU also provides customized management systems to private enterprises, especially the office Management System (OA) system for the owner, which is customized based on version 1.0 of OA Baseline. It can be customized based on the business process and management process of different enterprises, and supports both local deployment and private cloud deployment. This kind of system is also one of the core systems of the enterprise. 这个OU还向民营企业提供定制化的管理系统，尤其是该企业主打的办公管理系统（OA）系统，该系统是基于OA基线1.0版本进行定制化开发。基于不同企业的业务流程以及管理流程来定制化，并支持本地化部署，私有云部署等两种服务。 这类系统也是该企业的核心系统种类之一。
