The Technology Center is primarily responsible for requirements development, design development and delivery of custom projects, as well as transition projects, delivering product platforms and frameworks to organizations. The main customer group is the mining industry. At present, the technical center has 23 full-time employees,The person in charge is Xianliang Wu. The technology center consists of three departments: R&D Department, Products Department and Quality Department. (1) R&D Department: responsible for the development of product platform and framework and the organization of internal technical training, as well as the customized development and delivery of customers, the main customers are the mining department. According to the demand research, the project design and development to deployment implementation. The R&D department has 12 full-time employees; (2) Product Department: responsible for product planning and project management of various projects. There are 5 full-time employees in the product department; (3) Quality Department: responsible for quality audit, configuration management, system testing and organizational process improvement of all products, projects and information systems of the company. The quality department has 6 full-time employees.
Type of Work: There are two different types of projects within the OU, customisation projects with contracts with customers and product development projects within the company. These two different types of projects have different life cycle processes, and they have different implementation processes. The process of customized projects generally includes: pre-sales, contract signing, demand research, design and development, system test, deployment and implementation, trial run, acceptance test, and after-sales maintenance. Product project life cycle includes: market research, feasibility analysis, product planning, design and development, system testing, product release.
Customization: Customized projects mainly accept customer customization requirements, sign project contracts, and complete projects according to customer requirements. The life cycle process includes: pre-sales, contract signing, demand research, design and development, system test, deployment and implementation, trial operation, acceptance test and after-sales maintenance. Such projects mainly include Buertai Coal Mine pump station control system development project and Wulan Mulun Coal mine shearer control system development project.
Productization: Product based projects mainly form industry general products through product planning and R & D, which can be directly applied. The life cycle of this type of project includes: Market Research, feasibility analysis, product planning, design and development, system testing and product release. Such projects mainly include Driving behavior monitoring platform and Augmented reality management platform.
