The objective of the project is to develop the public security intelligent speech recognition system to support the police to sort out the transcripts after various types of conversations with personnel, and type the conversation contents into the computer. The main functions of the product are the following: (i) reduce the work intensity of working police, (ii) improve work efficiency, (iii) promote the upgrading of intelligent drug treatment, and (iv) improve the work level with big data mining technology. The main technologies used in the product are: (i) speech recognition platform AI capability and (ii) conversation big data analysis and processing system.

The main technologies used in the product are: advanced embedded computer technology, sensor network technology, Internet of things technology, information collection and processing technology, cloud computing technology, and mobile application technology.
