Responsible for conduct training programs to coach and guide the teams in deploying the processes.

Responsible for assuring adherence to processes implementation in products, project, support functions. Perform audits and validate implementation of defined process in organization. Identifies opportunities for improvement in various aspects of the process. Manage compliance to organizational processes through periodic internal process audits. Execute Internal Audit by providing input on audit criteria, scope, frequency & methods. Audit execution and follow-up activities with respective stakeholders for closure of non-conformances.

Software R&D center is responsible for requirement, design, coding and testing . Mainly do demand research and mining, outline design, detailed design, coding according to demand, execute testing and complete acceptance etc. The OU is specialized in developing products using Java (Springboot, Microservices), Spring MVC.

EP: As part of the enhancement project category new capabilities/scope are added to an existing system. Enhancement projects might also involve correcting defects.

DP: As part of the Development project category new requirement/Scope to be developed and delivered.
